Shipping Policy

We deliver to addresses across India. Enter your full address and 6-digit PIN code at checkout. If a PIN code cannot be served, we will contact you by email or phone and the order can be cancelled.

Watch Trends is an online reseller. After you place an order, we confirm it and our supplier packs and dispatches it directly to your address.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery usually takes 4 to 10 working days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier.

Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays or high order volumes. Remote areas may take longer.

Any shipping or cash on delivery charge is shown in your order total at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden charges added later.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details are added to your order page. Open the order page with your order ID to see the latest status.

Where cash on delivery is offered at checkout, you pay the balance amount to the delivery person when the order arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready.

A small advance of ₹29 may be collected at checkout to confirm a cash on delivery order. It is part of your order total, and the remaining balance is paid on delivery. This advance is non-refundable, even if the order is cancelled or refused. See our Return & Refund Policy.

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel. Couriers usually make up to 3 attempts. If delivery fails, the order is returned to us.

Please check the parcel on arrival. If it looks tampered with or damaged, record an unboxing video while opening it and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
