Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you browse Watch Trends or place an order. By placing an order you agree to them, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Watch Trends is an online reseller. We source products from our suppliers and sell them to customers. We are not the manufacturer of the products.

You must be 18 or older, or use the store under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to give correct name, address, phone and payment details, and not to misuse the site or place fraudulent orders.

Product descriptions, images, prices and availability are shown on each product page. Because products are sourced from suppliers, there can be small differences in colour, finish or packaging from the images, and screen settings can affect how colours look.

Stock can change at any time. An order is subject to the watch being available and payment being confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable, we will inform you and refund any amount paid.

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated. The order total is shown during checkout before payment. We may correct an obvious pricing error and will contact you before processing the order at the corrected price.

Checkout is handled through Razorpay. An order is confirmed after payment has been verified by the store.

Cash on delivery orders require a small advance (currently ₹29) paid online at checkout. The balance is paid on delivery. The advance is non-refundable and non-returnable, even if the order is cancelled or refused.

There is no cancellation option on the website. Once an order is placed, it is processed straight away.

If you want to cancel, email watchtrends.online@gmail.com with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Cancellation is subject to approval and is only possible before dispatch.

A cancellation or processing charge may apply to prepaid orders. The ₹29 advance on cash on delivery orders is never refunded.

Delivery is across India. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 to 3 working days and delivered in 4 to 10 working days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees. See the Shipping Policy for details.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check the parcel on arrival and record an unboxing video.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for damaged, defective or wrong items, with photos or an unboxing video as proof. Change of mind is not a valid reason for return. Full terms are in the Return & Refund Policy.

Warranty terms, where they apply, are stated on the product page. If none is stated, no warranty is offered beyond what the law requires. Damage from misuse, water exposure, impact or repair by others is not covered.

The order status page shows payment and fulfilment updates. If a payment is still being confirmed, do not pay again while that status is pending. If money is debited but the order is not confirmed, it is refunded to the same account, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons such as stock unavailability, a non-serviceable PIN code, a pricing error, an incorrect address, or suspected fraud or misuse. We may also stop accepting cash on delivery orders from customers who repeatedly refuse deliveries. Amounts paid for cancelled orders are refunded as set out in the Return & Refund Policy.

The Watch Trends name, logo, design and site content belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by couriers, payment providers, or events outside our control. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer rights, disputes are subject to the courts of India.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. Orders are governed by the terms in force when they were placed.
